Thank you for considering to fundraise for Bears Of Hope through our Cuddle Cot Campaign. It is a beautiful way to honour your baby and a beautiful gift for other bereaved families to allow them more time with their baby.

 

The $6000 that you are fundraising for includes the cooling unit, moses bassinet and base, linen and plaques, embroidery of linen, engraving of plaques, freight, administration charges with any remaining funds put towards other objectives of Bears Of Hope.

The expiry date of your fundraising page can be extended at any point. Please advise us if you change your expiry date from when you first created your fundraising page.

Once you reach your goal, please email cuddlecots@bearsofhope.org.au to begin the hospital donation process.

 

1.You will need to email us the precious baby's name and date of birth/date of passing details to arrange the embroidery and plaques. We will then get your cuddle cot ready.

 

2. Make contact with your placement of choice or send us some options and we can do this on your behalf. We may also be able to advise of placement options. 

 

3. Once the placement is confirmed, we will courier the cuddle cot to you or directly to the placement if you are unable to personally present it.

 

4. If you will be personally presenting it, you can make it as intimate or as official as you wish in collaboration with the relevant staff. You may like to have the local newspaper involved.

 

5. We would love to see some photos of the presentation. Feel free to share with us and we can also put on our facebook page if you wish.
